Overall objectives of the program
- Favouring the RETURN of migrants from third countries illegally resident in EU countries;
- Promoting circular migration as key factor for the economic development of countries of origin;
- Defining and sharing common policies and best practices for the RETURN management;
- Linking different institutions and actors working in the area of migration policies especially for RETURN;
- Developing multi-stakeholders trans-national co-operation and Network between institutions, public authorities and representatives of civil society, NGOs, including immigrant associations, working in the area of immigration policies;
- Exchange and transfer of information, lessons learned and good practices concerning RETURN policies;·
- Identification of the role and experience of the NGOs and Associations of Immigrants;·
- Improvement of knowledge on information in the field of regional and local migrants participatory practices in the decision making process;·
- More developed information on services provided by EU partners countries about RETURN programmes to be exploited by migrants residing in EU countries.
